To make things simple, memberships are available via weekly, fortnightly or monthly direct debit, giving you a seamless way to prioritise your skin and wellbeing.
Our memberships typically run over 6 to 12 months and include access to exclusive member-only perks, promotions and treatment upgrades.
We’ve partnered with Aglow, a trusted and accredited provider, to manage all membership payments securely and efficiently.

Skin Membership Terms & Conditions
Membership Basics
Definition and Scope
Membership refers to the commitment to pay for services offered within an agreed duration.
"You or your" refers to the member holding the Zen Medi Spa & Wellness Membership package.
Booking and Appointments
Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments and bookings are agreed upon times between the member and Zen Medi Spa.
Efforts to accommodate booking times, with advance booking encouraged.
Fees for cancellations without 24 hours notice or no-shows.
Payments and Terms
Payment Terms
Membership commences on the billing date and continues for the purchased duration.
Monthly payments are debited directly from the chosen payment method.
"Monthly" is defined as 4 weeks.
Responsibility to ensure sufficient funds for payments.
Extra services require an additional fee.
Payments are debited in advance via the chosen payment method.
Membership Benefits & Limitations
Benefits Utilization
Membership credits do not rollover.
Membership benefits end when the membership expires.
Pre-paid and gift cards are not accepted for membership payments.
Non-Transferability and Refunds
Cannot be transferred to another person or refunded.
You cannot allow any other person to use part of your membership.
Cancellation Conditions
Relocation Cancellations
You can cancel with a 30-day notice if you relocate more than 150km away from any clinic, provided you give proof of the relocation.
Convenience Cancellations
You can cancel for your convenience by paying a Cancellation Fee, which is 50% of the balance due for the remaining term.
Freeze Restrictions
You cannot hold or freeze your membership at any time.
