Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans change, but missed appointments can seriously impact our ability to continue to offer affordable pricing to our clients. If you must reschedule or cancel any spa reservations please notify the spa 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee. Cancellation of a Spa Package requires 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without proper notice are subject to a 100% charge for reserved services.

Parking
We have ample parking on site which you’re welcome to use during your appointment.

Spa Etiquette
To fully enjoy the calming benefits of a visit to Zen, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you do arrive late, it will be necessary to end your treatment at the scheduled time so the next appointment can begin on time. 

Cellphones
Taking time for yourself is important and we’d love for you to fully relax during your treatment. Please turn off your mobile phone during your appointment so as not to disturb your enjoyment, or that or our other guests.

Children
Zen Medi-Spa & Wellness is a peaceful sanctuary and we take great care to provide our clients with a welcome break from the busyness of everyday life. We hope that you’ll think of your treatment as some well-deserved “me-time” and, for this reason, we ask that you don’t bring children along to your appointment.

Contra-indications
Please let your therapist know in advance if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions so we can ensure that your treatment is appropriately tailored to your needs. Some of our more advanced treatments may not be suitable for everyone so please get in touch for a consultation.
